Estes Rock-It Model Rocket Kit Description:
No one really knows what the first rocket looked like, but the
engineers at Estes have an idea. They took that idea design and made
the Rock-It. The Rock-It Stone Age Flyer has a rough and rocky
exterior, but don't be fooled by this rockets looks. This stone can
really get moving when launched with a C11 or D engine. In fact, with
these rocket engines the Rock-It can reach an altitude of 500 feet.
This Skill Level 2 model kit features a molded rock-shaped nose
cone and laser cut fins which makes constructing this rocket
painless.The Rock-It is loaded with a colorful 18 inch parachute that
is already assembled for you. With its 19.25 inch boulder nose cone
you will have an unique rocket that no others can replicate.
To build this rock, you'll need some modeling and painting skills.
Building tools, finishing supplies, Electron Beam Launch Controller and
an Estes 3/16 inch (5 mm) Maxi Launch Rod also required - sold
separately. Recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for
those under 12.
Skill Level 2 Model Rocket Kit Assembly:
First tier of more advanced kits. Requires beginner skills in model rocket construction and finishing. Features laser cut balsa or plastic fins, plastic nose cones and unfinished body tubes. Assembly may take a complete day.
