The design of this rocket was generated from official NASA drawings. From the main engine display nozzles (remove easily for flight) to the molded Apollo capsule no detail has been left out. The escape tower and precision laser cut centering rings make the Estes Saturn V Rocket stand out at the flying field.
The Saturn V Estes Rocket can reach a projected altitude of 150 feet (46 m) A (3) Parachute Recovery system is used to return / recover this Rocket from this altitude. Two (2) 24 inch (61 cm) and one (1) 18 inch (46 cm) provide the return / recovery of the Saturn V after launching.
This Skill Level 4 Model Rocket Kit is recommended for ages 18 and up with adult supervision for those under 18. This Estes Model Rocket Kit requires assembly and building / finishing supplies.
