Estes 1950 Eliminator Model Rocket Kit Description:
If you are
ready for a cloud, punching, high altitude flying model rocket then
the Estes Eliminator is what you need. The rocket features a sleek,
aerodynamic design that can reach amazing heights when powered with E
series engines. Once the model is finished it stands at 31 inches
tall and features a two piece, purple body tube. The one piece molded
fin set is engineered to withstand the power of the E size
engines.The bright yellow nose cone finishes off the model and tribal
looking self-stick decals add to its amazing look. Throw a E size
rocket motor in this rocket and watch it fly to 1,400 feet.
Assembly of this high performance hot rod takes a hour or less. When
completed you'll be ready for the flight pad for some serious high
altitude, blistering fast model rocket flying. Recovery is accomplished
using a colorful 12 inch (30 cm), preassembled parachute for soft
landings.
Recommended for ages 18 and up with adult supervision for those under 18.
* Launching the Estes Eliminator Model Rocket on E engines requires the E Launch Controller and Porta-Pad E Launch Pad. You must be 18 years of age to purchase E engines.
* E Launch Controller, Porta-Pad E Launch Pad are not required for rockets that are launched with D Series rocket engines.
Skill Level 2 Model Rocket Kit Assembly:
First tier of more advanced kits. Requires beginner skills in model rocket construction and finishing. Features laser cut balsa or plastic fins, plastic nose cones and unfinished body tubes. Assembly may take a complete day.
