Estes Comanche-3 Model Rocket Kit Description:
Are you looking for an absolutely
amazing multi-stage rocket? The Estes Comanche-3 has a brilliant
design that takes a three stage rocket to the next level. The first
stage of the rocket engine gets the rocket off the launch pad into
the sky with a swift kick. Once the second stage is lit the rocket
gets a hefty boost towards the clouds which is followed by the third
engine. With this multi engine design the rocket has the ability to
climb nearly ½ (805 m) a mile into the sky.
The Comanche-3 stands nearly 3 1/2 feet (104 cm) tall and has many
features that make it an easy weekend building project. Updated with
laser cut balsa fins, molded nose cone and colorful
waterslide decals, this great looking rocket is a must have for the
serious rocketeer! The first and second stage boosters are tumble
recovery, the third stage is carried back to Earth with two large colorful streamers. The Comanche-3 has three powerful engines blasting it into the sky which will make any rocketry enthusiast excited to see.
This Skill Level 3 kit requires a higher level of building experience.
Building tools, finishing supplies, four AA alkaline batteries (for
your controller) and Estes launch supplies required - sold separately.

Second tier of more advanced kits. Requires moderate skills in model rocket construction and finishing. Features multiple laser cut balsa fins and parts, unfinished body tubes, complex designs and plastic nose cones. Assembly may take a couple of days.
